Ypsilanti Michigan is known for many things— the first, and most “pronounced” is their iconic water tower.

Working in partnership with High Proof Creative, an independent agency specializing in craft spirit marketing, together with Water Tower Distilling’s founders, we created a full visual identity from logo to label. The brand pays homage to the iconic Ypsilanti water tower, copper stills, and the rustic charm of Ypsilanti locals, while keeping a modern and cohesive feel across their entire product line up of bold spirits.

Crafted with purpose and character, Water Tower Distilling’s full line of spirits reflects a commitment to quality, tradition, and innovation. From bold, barrel-aged whiskeys to uniquely botanical gins and clean classic vodka, each bottle is a thoughtful expression of its ingredients and landscape. It was only right that their bottles and labels feel just as honest, local, and built to last—just like the spirits themselves.
